In 2018 when I started to see doctors about my chronic fatigue, brittle and spooning nails, and feeling that something was off, I was sent me from one specialist to another from endocrinology, to hematology, to gastroenterology.
In 2020 I gave up seeing conventional doctors and turned to functional medicine. Finally I had a diagnosis! I was diagnosed with mold illness. Evidently, I was being exposed to mold in my apartment for the last 5 years. And I was only getting worse. I was fainting, had severe insomnia, hair loss, brain fog, edema, exhaustion, digestive issues, and sinus infections.

During the pandemic my husband and I moved to Kauai where he was born and raised, and lived with his family, and never went back to our apartment in LA. While mold was evident, I also was diagnosed with MCAS, POTS, MCS, SIBO, hormone imbalance, infertility, and gut pathogens & dysbiosis.
Needless to say, I have experience healing from a list of chronic illnesses and chronic pain and it’s my life’s mission is to help you heal faster than I did. Being an FDN brings me so much joy, knowing I have a full spectrum approach to healing and health building.
How we're different
As a functional health detective, I take a deep dive into client lifestyle and medical history. We assess the Metabolic Chaos® Scorecard to determine which HIDDEN systems of the body have the most dysfunction. We determine how much function has been lost using specialized functional lab testing. And implement the personalized D.R.E.S.S for Health Success® program, tailored to your specific needs and health goals. You will be supported every step of the way with scheduled follow ups to fine tune the protocol.
