Appelusa McGlynn is a former Bronze Medal World Champion artistic roller skater, skating coach, health coach, sound healer, and BreathFit instructor. She earned a BAAS from Maharishi University studying higher states of consciousness, Maharishi Yoga, and Ayurveda. As a certified somatic breathwork facilitator, she teaches the benefits of coherent breathing and intermittent hypoxia training. Appelusa is a certified health detective through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, helping people with chronic health complaints feel better through comprehensive investigation and personalized coaching. Additionally, Appelusa is certified in Biofield Tuning, Vibrational Fascia Release, Reiki, and Biofeedback. Ayurveda is the science of self-healing. As Ayurveda teaches, to support others in their healing, you must authentically engage in your own.
